This is what I did today: I didn't like how the engine plate had little meat in the motor mount hole so I mentioned it to Taco Joe and he had a plate made for me:thumbsup: Today I welded the plate on and I think it will be a big improvement.

I also welded on a kickstand bracket today. Of course the kick stand is too short with the 6" wheels:doah: I'll see if OldMiniBikes has a longer one.

I believe all the frames are made that way. He may be adding the plate now or I guess if you complain enough like I did:laugh: Joe insisted that the engine plate would not crack...I said :NO way"..I'll measure that in a few minutes. It definately will be stronger:thumbsup:

Here ya go frankster, twice as much and that plate across the front will make the entire motor mount plate stronger. Plus I welded a nice bead under there.

Nice mod to the header for the baffel, it needs it - I run without the baffel, but just to impress the hell outta folks then switch back to the standard clone muffler.

Thanks Tank. I just couldn't get anything to work on there right. I bought like 10 different fittings:laugh::laugh: I think the piece I ended up using was from the electrical department:laugh::laugh: Thanks again for the great Header:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I like that color scheme its very eye grabbing and that exhaust in that picture looks really sweet i bet it sounds nice too
