Muskin Cat For Sale

#1
Hi fellow MB fans,
I have decided to put this bike up for sale. I will only sell it complete mostly because it would be a crime to break up something this clean. As far as I know, the only two things not original are the kill switch and the color, which is powdercoat finish. Runs, rides and stops 100%. Even has the original clutch! Decals are original too. I am asking $1200 OBO. Looking for a good home to send her too. Thanks for checking it out. More pics at view my photos.

I hope someone appreciates what it took in time and money to put together what you see here. Thanks for taking a look:thumbsup:

Looks like I may have to take a little hit on this bike after all. I am asking for $900.00 and I promise you will not be disappointed!
I failed to mention it's a 4HP Tecumseh but I figure most of you knew that already. Any questions please ask away...

Had this on ebay but didn't get sold so I am adjusting the price to $700.00 If I can't get that I will part it out. Hope somebody appreciates what it took to get this to where it is.

You have a really nice Muskin for sure but if your in this to make a buck or two you need to find another hobby. Myself along with probably a majority of members here soon realized the same. With every build you will rarely even come close to breaking even. Usually you lose your ass big time. That's just the sad truth.

Personally I do it for the love of the hobby and the friendships you make along the way. Seeing the finished product and showing it off is great fun.

Good luck and hope someone comes through for ya. I would hate to see that Muskin parted out.....she needs to be rode.

Yeah...I guess that's true. I have 7 bikes and still own my first one from 1970. Obviously I love the hobby and at $700 I am taking a hit. But an unexpected little one is due to arrive in 3 weeks and I could use the cash!!!:doah: I can drop it again to $650.00 Maybe that will make the difference. I also have 3 Bonanza 1300 bikes and an Arctic Cat Climber. My first bike is a cat 350SS and I will die with that one!

So are you hinting a Bonanza might be availiable?
Yeah....good question there. I have a Bonanza as well in "mid-phase" of a resto and am needing some parts for it. So if you are thinking of getting a little cash back in your pocket then keep me in mind for Bonanza parts. Us New Yorkers gotta stick together haha........ and keep the LA people in mind as well. Dont want to upset the family.:laugh:

Hey trailhopper...you got through to me:thumbsup:
I almost sold it (more like gave it away) but just can't let it go for that cheap. Too much time and love went into it so rode she will be:scooter: It's officially not for sale

Man that is GREAT to hear  I saw your bike on Ebay several times hoping someone would get it but it never happened. Then I stopped seeing it and thought....crap, here comes the Muskin parts. Then this news!

With the time you put into the build you will ALWAYS be grateful with your decision to keep her together. I've parted out super nice minis b4 when money was tight and I regret doing so to this day. Ride on.....literally :scooter:

Good on ya. I thought about buying it, but just too many projects. I am so glad you didn't part it out. I gave one of my Cat 250's away to my oldest son last week, (38) because I couldn't bring myself to sell it to a stranger. (Shrugs)

You have a very nice bike that I hope you don't sell until I have my other projects done. (grin)
