Yep, that's a 1972 motor. Made on April the 25th, at plant number 3. Parts are super cheap and easy to find for these little motors so you shouldn't have many problems locating any! Since your model number, 80232 has a 3 in it, that means that your engine has the more desirable ball bearing on the crankshaft! You can make sure of this by looking at where the crank goes into the engine. If there is a large black seal in there then you'll know if it has the bearings.
