Picked up what I believe is a scat cat, but not 100% sure. can anybody confirm and can you get a year/model?

Looks like a Husky but the forks don't look right

There is another thread with a bike frame just like that and I thought it resembled a Husky as well. But 1stBxMopar posted pics of one with those same forks. The seat is labeled DIXIE. After looking at the forks they look the same as a Dixie. My guess yours is a Dixie as well.
