Any local outdoor power equipment dealers should have what you need. That stuff just get's piled up in a boneyard or thrown away. There are about 10 dealers within 10 miles of where I live and a handful of smaller repair shops within that range too. Unless you live in the middle of the jungle you've gotta have a few around you.
