Hey everyone I'm New to Predator 212 And Have A Few Coil Questions for my go-kart.
I have no experience in electrical and do everything by reading and watching videos. I recently and successfully put an electric start on my Predator 212 (non-hemi) and they sent me two 1-wire charging coils. So I installed both of them behind the flywheel. I only have one coil connected. When I turn the key to the electric start it starts the motor right up. Here are my questions:
1.) How do I get both coils connected? Am I able to cut the wire and splice them together? My end goal is to run LED headlights with on/off switch/button
2.) With the 1 coil setup, is this charging my battery while the go-kart is in motion? If yes, am I able to run the 2nd coil to a second battery and connect lights to that battery?
