Been working on a baja with a predator 301 motor. Still a bit of fab work and need to figure out a exhaust. I bought the wrong size honda rebel tank and have been fighting to make it all fit and look good. Here's where I'm at

Tires were off ebay $82 shipped. Sun brand I believe. I found them from a post on here

The Q.C on these frames are appalling. Nothing is welded straight or square during assembly.

It's a nice looking pipe but I'm going to need a muffler. Ultimately I'd like a custom exhaust that comes out, angles down and then out the back down low with a muffler of some kind.

Mounting this seat is kicking my butt. I could solve all my problems and rigid mount it but I really want to make the springs work.

Tom I thought I would post a pic of a stock Honda Rebel tank for you as a reference. I have more if you want to see them. You can see that the factory tank is only slightly wider than the forks and tucks into the front of the seat like they were meant to be that way.

You could mount a thick metal plate to the top of frame back there to mount the springs to..not quite that long or wide in front..but you get the idea.. .. ...i think you cut the back mount off yeah..

Yeah I had a kids atv frame a buddy gave me that had these shocks. I cut the mounts off and welded it up. Very stiff but I love the way it all worked out
