Radio comms as you ride?

Any of you members talking with other riders as you ride the trails.
I have two FM transceivers but they only have a push to talk ear bud option which requires you to take a hand off of the handlebars.
Are you using a VOX type transmitter,if so which brand and is it worth the trouble?

Rob I had a friend that was a big trail rider and he used a ChatterBox brand helmet mounted setup. Used it on his GoldWing too. He praised them as the greatest. Hands free voice activated. I never got to use them but maybe this will get you started.
