Replacing the hydraulic caliper

#1
Hi, my HRMB hydraulic caliper failed today. It looks like I can get away with just a new caliper which includes new brake pads for $27+s/h.

To replace the caliper.. I'm guessing i just need to unscrew the gold bolt going from the brake line to the caliper... then fill with new fluid and bleed it, right? What hydraulic fluid do I use? I have some Subaru brake fluid lying around and mineral oil.

dot3/dot 4, says right on reservoir , do your self a favor when you get the new caliper , grab the piston with some kind of plyers and make sure it will move up / down and also turn .I just went thru this , filled and bled for over a hour , no luck ! Decided to take caliper apart to see WTF , wa-La , frozen piston in new replacement caliper !
