Rupp 1969 Rear Shocks

Does anyone know how the rear shocks come a part. I would like to get the spring rechromed.

Unscrew the bottom cast eyelet piece from tube; then, small cap nut up inside that holds top cast eyelet into tube; hope this helps--doing 2 pairs myself now.....
