Hello I found a Rupp roller for sale on Craigslist for $100 so I said, why not? Anyway.. I'm wondering if anyone can help me really identify the year/model. And also I DONT want to know it's value. I understand the ToS/policy of this forum.. BUT I just want to know, was it a good deal or bad deal for $100? Again I do not want to know a cash amount or anything of the sort. This is the picture from the ad if you think I should post a better one let me know! One last thing (so many questions, sorry!) is this thing rare at all? 991612AE-CCE6-4FE6-9917-50B0004F962D.png

It is a 1968 It was a c350 or c500 at one time. Not really "rare" per say, Frame has been altered at the jackshaft points (that model didnt use them, but they still got the the plates as the frame was shared with all other full suspension models) so thats a hit for the frame, but fixable. That version bike rides great, Everyone goes after the TT's and XL's with the coil over suspension, but the internal spring bikes have a really soft ride and are great cruisers!

Hello and welcome! I'd say you got a fantastic deal. I got a nice '69 Roadster frame and swingarm (no fork, shocks or wheels) for $100 + $55 shipping and I consider that a great deal, you got a roller. I've seen the wheels priced at $500 for the pair on eBay. There is an eBay seller that has reproduction Rupp seats and covers.
