Salsbury 330 clutch parts

Hello everyone. Where can I find new arms and roller wheels for my salsbury 330? I've never had one before, but the roller wheel seems excessively loose to me.

No idea of measurements, but it looks a lot like the juggernaut clutch sold by Go Power Sports on the inside. They sell replacement parts.
