Thanks a bunch Terry for taking the time to post this.
I pulled the trigger on a Weller WES51 yesterday. Looks kinda similar. I went with the recommendation of a hot rod electronics guy.

I had the Weller on my list but decided to go cheap. We campaigned an electric powered dragster for a few years so soldered about a gazillion wires over that time with it. The Weller looks like a nice unit.
