Scary looking setup, the outriggers look like planks, you wouldn't want to get moving too fast it looks like but it was a novel idea and I bet it was a hoot to drive. Not a freakbike or a freakkart really, maybe we could start a freak "other vehicles" thread. I have a couple of little boats that would fit that category perfectly.
