I picked this up the other day for, and for the life of me cant figure out what it is, I have tried matching it to different tote goat frames but the fully round back bar is throwing me off, the other weird thing, ( and it may be aftermarket but idk) is it has a manual ho and low gear on the 2and jack shaft, enganged its lower gear where both of the top hubs spin together and rotate the final gear to the wheel, then when I lift the lever ( mine comes out under where my left knee would be) it disengages the low gear and allows the high gear to spin freely with the final drive pulley, any help in this or a direction i can look would be appreciated.
