Ive tried the clutch brake from OldMiniBikes, it’s too big for my chain guard (see the pic attached)
I’m starting to think I may need someone to fabricate one.
if someone out there has an original one I’d love some detailed pics if anything

This is a good way to go also.
What is wrong with the set up you have now? It looks to be complete from the picture. If your friction liner is bad you can replace that very easy. Just find the one that works for you from here. https://www.mcmaster.com/friction-material
