Unknown Mini (Arco?)

I'm thinking about picking up this bike if the seller will come down a little on his asking price. I like that it has suspension and it's a pretty good looking frame but what exactly is it? I believe the front wheel is Arco but not sure about the rest of it. To me it looks like it's probably the front wheel that's been replaced, not the rear because I don't think it could fit such a big wheel in the rear under that fender. Any ideas?

The bike is a trail horse, the forks and wheel might be from a Rupp bandit.....looking at it on my phone so not seeing it to well

I think you hit the nail on the head. Looks like a higher end trail horse based on the pictures I see online and the fork sure looks similar to a Bandit
