No difference in the physical/dimensional cylinder blocks of the 510/580/645/700
EARLY West Bend models, different strokes, bores and chrome/iron bore. The only one boreable is the EARLY 580 series.I've noticed the exhaust
ports hole sizes on the very late US Motor Power cast engines might have a variation in size, and the late 580 blocks(US Motor Power)have
now chrome plated bores, but other than that, nothing dimensional). I will mention here that some of the later cast blocks

especially the 700 Chrysler models)The fins around and above the exhaust manifold are real thick where they meet the center cast parting line.
Hope this confuses you more.
