Welcome. This is a great site. I love Lil' Indians and Predators. On your engine. it's quite easy to remove the bolts holding starter assembly to the the housing and rotate the whole thing counter clockwise until the next set of screw holes line up, so the handle points upward instead of forward. The "212" decal will look a little cockeyed, but it sure makes for an easier pull when you're straddling the bike.

I appreciate that advice, I’m not sure that I’m going to use the predator on this bike, I built one for my Azusa and it is an awesome engine!
