What Do I Have???

Greetings All!

New to the forum and my first post. Just picked up an older mini bike and was int he hope some one may give me and idea what I have. And if I got a good price. The bike is in good shape over all. And runs, but does smoke and needs a tune up. I paid $90. Can you let me know what you all think? :shrug:

Pretty sure it is the 5HP Briggs on it... Anyone know how much the motors are worth in running condition. I bought a new 7HP motor to put on it and am considering selling the original. Any suggestions?

kinda looks like a Manco built bike to me, like bottom left "250" only with bent forward bars.

Hard to see the motor plate if its the same, Sears did use Manco for a run of thier bikes mid 70's/80's It could also be a version they used.

best way to determine value is check the classifieds and ebay, to see what something comparable has sold for, gets you in the ballpark at least. Looks small for a 5hp:shrug:

Thanks! It has the 5HP briggs... Do you know if the clutch is typically a press on? It has the key in it but no loging nuts or bolts? I want to put in my new motor but done want to start pulling on it if there is some other way to remove.

The clutch looks like this one...
