Probably a loncin snowking product.
Start looking there.

The G100 clones days are numbered.
They are probably not going to meet the future emissions requirements.
Loncin may have destroked a gx120 to try and make something that works.

I traced this as far as Toro and loncin shows nothing smaller than 160
