What engine is this?

Hi,

I have a chance to buy one of these OCC Black Widow Replica mini bikes to restore and was wondering what kind of engine is on it? This is best picture I could find on internet but one I can buy will need complete restore. My biggest concern is if the engine can be rebuilt, parts available for engine, etc. The bike itself is in good shape except rust on chrome, etc.

My guess would be that it's a Chinese Honda clone (different type than usually discussed on here). Hard to say what company manufactured it, may find some info on the crankcase, could be Lifan, Zongshen or who knows... The left side cover looks bulkier than most, that may have been to space the final drive out to accommodate the wide rear tire or just for appearance. Similar engines are available in displacement ranging from 50cc to 212cc.
