What is with this "ad"?

What's up with this ad that pops up after about three or four keys, while in the site? It takes more time and effort, to get the thing off the screen, than it does to get anywhere in the site. s there a way to delete it, avoid it, or otherwise get rid of it?

You shouldn't have any ads to the best of my knowledge being a supporting member. Try logging out and logging back in.

Not sure. I've never experienced that.

Thanks. I don't know what it is and also thought there should be no ads. It shows up, every day, soon after I log in. Maybe I'll change my password and try again.

Thanks Karen. I just changed my password, logged out and back in. So far, it seems to have worked.
