No I haven't. Pretty sure it is a Yamaha head of some sorts (after market maybe). It had a compression release on it when I removed it.

Maybe it's from the GYT kit

One of the Yamaha forums I watch said it looks like a Webco head for a JT1 that has had part of the center fin machined off for better spark plug access.
