What trike is this?

#4
Hi GTO : The front end looks like a Tri-Sport like an early TS series but the frame work in the rear has been altered to use the chain drive instead of the torque converter that all came with . And the seat looks like a boat seat nothing like that ever came from Alsport.

Not much trike pic's to look at, he said the engine runs good but the carb needs to be cleaned from sitting.

Think it's worth $150?

Heres an ad and it looks like the forks are supposed to be bent at the tip. I may be weird but I don't like the shells anyway! Dorky?:doah:

GTO, I thought that the pic you posted of that tryke was the one i sold to a guy up the street, he moved off, and i never saw the tryke again, last i knew, the guy had put a 5 on it and he was driving the thing up and down the street, had his finger working the carb, no brakes, and no seat, an accident waiting to happen, I bought the thing for $185.00, and it was complete, I even rode it a couple times, till my second son, took it all apart, I found pieces all over the backyard, I still have the briggs block, an 8hp, but i plan on sticking it on a go-cart, one day, I'd say it's worth it to buy it for 150, they are alot of fun, and if you get bored with it after you fix it up, you might even make a profit should you decide to sell!
