Mine was I just bought a cbr 250rr in june and as I was slowing down on the exit ramp i went from 3rd to 1st and bike hit like 21k and boom i was on my ass.
Well after a the shock went away i realized car's we coming on the ramp at 60mph so I tried to get up and couldn't and I happened to look at my knees and see the missing pants and skin so I freaked out got up started the bike pined it at 11k and dropped the clutch and rode all the home in 4th gear (65) and that's where my money problems began.

This is my most recent dumb ass mistake. I was riding around the parade that they do every evening through the fair ground at the Portland show in July. One of the guys there son is riding wheelies through the parade on his Z50 and I.m on my Rupp Hustler that was giving my trouble with the clutch engagement during the week long event. So I try and pull a wheelie like a have done so many times an my Trail 70 that I,m use to do them on. The clutch over grabs this time hard and I almost run him over on his Z50 and I go down on my side getting road rash on my lower part of my leg but I never let go off the bike. I was more worried about messing up my bike. I jump back up on the bike so not to be too embarrass about what I just did. And rode through the rest of the parade. I did not hurt too bad until later that night. I cleaned up the wound and all that stuff and i was looking at my belly and I have a big old bruise on it and its stating too hurt. The next two days it was bothering me before it started to feel better. So the lessen I learned is I,m not 15 anymore and do not try and keep up with them, and do not screw around on your bike wearing shorts on asphalt. Thank God I had a big old bottle of Black Velvet in the camper for medicinal porpose. Nothing BV and ginger ale could fix.

Racing with my brother in the back field when I was nine or ten. Riding an old kawasaki 90. When we bent the last corner to come up te side driveway he pushed me wide to slam the door and I got pulled off the bike on the corner of a 6"x6" fence post. Took a chip outta my shin bone and split my kneecap. The knee cap hurt and healed up good bu t that dang shin bone was the most pain I think i've felt and it took about a year to get rid of the limp.

Last summer I was riding my nice 1970 Kawasaki G3SS ( 90cc street bike) with only 3000 miles on it. i was going down a gravel road about 25 - 30 MPH when a Grate Dane came out of a yard right in front of me. I didn't have time to do anything I hit the dog in front of his back leg me and the bike went end over end. I was waring a tee shirt so I had a lot of road rash, 3 broken ribs. broken Scapula and clavicle in my right shoulder.

I spent 5 days in the hospital including the 4th of july weekend. They did surgery to put a plate on the Clavicle. I am a bricklayer so it was almost 5 months before I had the ok to go back to work.

My worst was on my trike. Taking out the Alsport Race Trike ( Killer ) for the first run with the kOHLER 440 CC motor I had called my Mother out from out store to watch me do a high speed fly-by so down the street I went to turn around and I missed the entrance to the drive way and the front wheel went straight and the trike went right and flipped over and spat me out like over chewed tobacco. Kerplatt the landing was in an abandoned gas station, and I slid across the very polished concrete but I had to give it the stiff upper lip in front of my Mom but it hurt like He!! Wish I had that machine back again.

I've had lots of big wrecks, broken bones, etc. One time, I high-sided my race bike at the Castle Rock TT in Washington. That one earned a skull fracture, bruised brainstem, broken eardrum, shoulder separation, about a month in the hospital and really made my mom cry. Before that, in high school, I hit a lamp post on my street bike. Compound fracture of my left tib & fib and really made my mom cry. That was also my first ambulance ride. I broke that leg again just a few years ago riding dirt bikes. By that time, my mom had pretty much quit crying when it was just an arm or leg injury. I've had a couple other broken bones the folks never found out about.
