Looks like you have a highspeed Fork on that bike. Going to need to straighten it out. Quite a bit of rust on the outside hopefully there is not too much rust inside the frame tubes.

Nah, just a total coincidence that the bike frame, bench, shelves, PBR banner and assorted clutter looks nearly identical.
