I like the approach. Building something that's actually tailored to your property and the jobs you do makes a lot more sense than buying an ATV just because it's the standard option.

The fence maintenance part really resonated too. It's amazing how much work a few determined cows can create. No matter how solid you think the fence is, they'll always find the weakest spot when they decide the grass looks better somewhere else.

By resonnated, are you saying you are a rancher, or just speaking euphamistically about mending fences? Because it seems to me that in St Louis, MO there aren't a lot of cattle. Or maybe you are from somewhere else since you're using a VPN so we can't tell where you are?
