Who mills and ports heads in Detroit for pretty cheap?

Define cheap? Speed and craftsmanship are not "cheap". You get what you pay for.

What I mean is who has the cheapest prices to mill a head that does good work. Not looking to go to some joe blow average guy that has one in his/her home that doesnt know how to use it, all they know how to do is turn it on. Do you mill heads?

Actually..I do all the work..my neighbor mills them. But it isn't cheap. Your best bet is to buy a head from NR that is already done.
