This is pickup only here in Englewood FLA. giving it a shot before it ends up at the curb on garbage day.
My buddy had this got it in a parts buyout, Supposedly they were going to build some sort of step thru spoke wheeled scooter with it, maybe like a large "broom cycle" or something like that. but I gotta say I think it would be good beginnings for a Drift trike after seeing one up close a few months ago.
The welding is professional and very clean, and it is straight, Distance between fork plates is a few inches larger than the actual headtube length and the holes were not drilled yet. They were overthinking a ball bearing headtube setup like for a motorcycle, good thing though is the tubing they used for the headtube does accept a standard flanged bearing like most vintage mini bikes use
