This is the 3rd one I have come accross, however, I have failed to find any more information on them.
However, if you are going to restore it, I would suggest getting the engine manual (most likely still available online) and look at other 3 wheeled buggies for cables and whatnot.
The tailight might have a brand and number on it.
Feel free to share any info or post more detailed pics. Look for tags and markings.
