    if people would use the Hemi (Loncin) predator engines they wouldnt have the gas cap issue, it will accept the stock offset fill coleman tank....

    That's an old video, 1.5" raise is WAY to much. There is no issues when raising it 1" whatsoever.
    A TC is an easy install, just raise and install kit.

    Even though in the video Tom said "It's like an inch and a half or something", it's clear from the video that he used 1 inch square pipe. However old the video is, it does give the basic idea of what it takes for the install.

    My point is they are talking about gas cap issue and not being able to remove it. There is no such issue at all, I don't want it to deter others from doing a TC install, it's a night and day difference.

    Couldn't you just put a shim under the rear mount? Maybe 3/4" to 1". That way the engine would tilt forward and give you more room for the gas cap plus room in the rear for the torque converter.
