Had a problem with the old cylinder tank and Still need to figure out a better way to mount the old 2.8hp gas tank onto the frame, also still need to weld the bracket for the front brake and slap the brake caliper on...
Here it is folks! Can build any wheelbase up to 84", any rake up to 60 degrees! It is on a rotisserie for easy welding... Here in another week or so, i should be able to bend up some minibike frames!

I finished my minibike project last weekend, i welded the frame up from scratch and installed my new azusa 8" rims on it. Bike tops around 50mph, 12t front, 60t rear sproket. New HF predator 212cc motor w/custom double exhaust headers and k&n style filter.:scooter:
