Ok bought another complete db30 ( 50 ) decided to try and get it running before it becomes a parts bike , fresh gas , a shot of quick start and it idles fine ,,, however try to rev it or any load it stalls right out ,, any help would be great , thanx Shaky

Hey fellas, I've been working on this HS40. I swapped intakes from a slanted to a level one. I've got it so it will idle now but once I try to take off the choke it quits. It also quits when I try to give it some throttle. Any ideas? :shrug:

It fires right up but just revs does not go as if it was in neutral and it is also knocking.

i got a db with a grayhound 6.5hp ...pritty new motor...it idles fine but bogs when givin gas and goes no where...i cleaned the plug and cleaned the jets out and changed gas....stumped right now..i hear no noise from motor to belive internal problems but who knows.....Ne ideas i can try??
