Okay yeah so I have a predator 212 swapped FOX from the 70's and I want a headlamp and tail lamp. Question is, do I have a lighted coil? If not can I get one easily and is installation excessive? - Cole

I got an HM80 10HP Tecumseh 1in shaft from a Log Splitter (Swapping that out for a 13hp Honda), and although it needs some minor work (i.e. rings) I think it has some potential...

Working on putting a bike together, Pulled the motor off the shelf that I had planned to use and realized its a 1" shaft :doah: If you got a 1" driver and would like a 3/4" instead let me know! Mine is a Genuine comet 30 series 3/4" in working order.
Considering the stock motor is pretty pathetic , is there any use you guys have found for these motors after swapping to a bigger one?
I'm thinking something like a tiny generator or log splitter?
Im needing to do this with a gc160 i just picked up. the output shaft is way to small to put a clutch on and when i call honda to find out which shaft i can swap in they say they cant tell me and they tell me to call a local honda repair. When i call the honda repair place they look up my type...
i came across a good running 270 and thought about doing a little modification to it, but i was told that the block is the same as a 390 all i would need to do is change the crank, i would rather build a 390 than the 270, does any body now if this is true?
Will this engine work for a Doodlebug? Will the engine swap kit work well with this engine?

Cast iron cylinder or sleeve?
I have a 1978 HS50 with points, I want to use it on my 1971 Rupp. Is the flywheel from my Rupp's HS40 with a lighting coil a direct replacement onto the HS50? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Paul
I have a 3.5 Briggs with a dia. type carb. It's the one with the intake (S shaped) and the carb has a diaphram on the bottom. This thigs has all new parts and I'm have a heck of a time getting it to start and run right when it does start. Is there another route I can go, like a different carb?
