Will do once I bend the handlebars to where they'll clear my knees! It runs fine but the carb bowl gasket leaks and the recoil is messed up. Plus one broken weld but it shouldn't hurt the structural integrity

I have always wanted to build an aluminum frame but they are prone to cracking from vibration

You aren't wrong about that, an hour of offroading in a gravel pit and the frame is broken at the headset. Thankfully just a broken weld, I'll probably have some gussets welded on

Fuel tankers and airplanes are made from aluminum, so it can be strong but it’s pretty thick.
Also tankers are checked daily, planes prob every flight. So yeah it’s prone to cracking but if you keep an eye on it it shouldn’t become out of control (in theory). Gussets work great and don’t get heavy like steel

It broke somewhere else? I thought you said it already had a cracked weld?
