HS50 Exhaust flange

Hey folks , a search for a exhaust flange for a Tecumseh HS50 brought me here , though it was a thread from 2106 . Like it says I'm looking for a flange for a Tech HS50 engine . I don't know much about these HS50's were they any good ? I'm hoping to use this to re-power my plate compactor , Of it last just for this job I need it for I'll be happy . Another question , back when I ws a kid we used to be able to buy spark arrestors for these small engines . I have been unable to find anything for these 3/4 or 1" exhaust's .

I cut them from steel plate using an exhaust gasket as a pattern. Drill the holes and use an angle grinder to rough cut it and grind it to shape on a bench grinder. If that sounds like too much trouble you can do this.

Thanks , I know I can make one but I wanted a good base since I have to make a muffler/spark arrester setup . I may be back with some governor/throttle questions in a few days .
