Here are some pictures of the steps I have been through in building this kick starter. I know it looks rough but it is in the fabrication mode. It will look a lot better when I get finished. I am out of O2 so can't use my cutting torch. I had to cut all this out using a 4 1/2" angle grinder. What a pain. I will pick up a shaper for my drill press to clean it up.
But it is coming along.
