Mini bikes do not pop up for sale too often around me but trikes seem to? I don't think its an Alsport or a Owosso. It seems to be in good shape, just needs an engine and a few odds & ends to run. Anyone out there that can I.D. it?

Local CL had a free h70 so I picked it up figuring maybe ill be lucky and it will need a tune up. So it destroyed the rod, looks like it was low on oil, anyway not sure it's worth rebuilding, crank journal is scored up, block looks like it was JB weld previously etc... Anything worth saving...
