i have the lighting coil on the hm100 and the three prong clip coming out of the case (no elec start), and im wondering if anyone knows which of the three wires i should use to come off of for a kill switch? its all im going to use for now. thanks

I tore this one apart, and melted all the lettering while trying to solder it back together. Now, I need a new one, but there sure are a lot of switches available. All I need it to do is be a kill switch that fits through the hole in the tab on my handlebars. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I hate the open hole that is left when you remove the knob kill switch from the shroud on a clone. I've tried various types of hole plugs from home depot like these without any luck. They don't fit snug in the hole due to the little teeth all around the circumference of the hole...

Is there a trick to getting the switch to work? I replaced the broken switch with a good used one. The brake light is always on now. If I disconnect one wire, it goes out so the bulb and circuit seem OK. Does it function based on cable tension?? Any help would be appreciated:scooter:

I bought a bike that I think is a Fox Campus FX. This is a pic of the switch on the left handle. I'm assuming the button is a kill switch But I'm not sure what the slide switch is. how do i make a tecomseh hs40 kill switch ? it engine has a sparkplug ground out . not too safe for the kids in an emergency. can i connect a wire to the sparkplug ?
