I have a new predator head and the valve guides are 5mm, is there a way to put the Honda guides inside the head to make the valves 5.5mm. The guy that does my head bought 5.5mm valves and I need them to fit

I have heard about using the GX200 valve springs along with the stock springs on the GX340/390 and Predator 420cc engines but has any one actually done it? If so how did it work? I have the head off my Predator 420cc and thought about it while the head was off.

This oldie I picked up a few weeks ago has a frozen exhaust valve. I can tap it back down during the intake stroke and it comes back up during the exhaust stroke but it sticks up. I shot PB down into it. Hopefully that frees it up but any other advice?
