Here we go again with dealing eith TAV, with a feeble mind.:eek:ut:
Of course at the time of disassembly my mind wasn't feeble and I thought for sure I would remember how to put it back together, so didn't take pics...
I have searched diagrams and still can't figure out how to reassemble this thing.

Where does the washer with the grooves in it go?
Between the plate and the spring??:hammer:

Back plate first, then the long collar, then the bronze bushing that overlays the collar, then the spring, then the other plate, then the weights, then the washer and bolt. You seem to be missing the bronze bushing that overlays the long collar.

It's there just on where is suppose to be in the pick.
What are the two washers for?
One, on the bottom right, has grooves on it's face.

fat washer goes on crank first (that is the spacer for proper alignment to the driven unit)
install the keyway onto crankshaft
Then the fixed TC flange goes on (over the keyway),
slip the "bearing" (which is the that big bronze bushing) over the lip on the fixed flange side
slip the TC drive washer (that is the grooved up washer, its grooved from wear)
install the long bushing (the one that just fits over the crankshaft)
install big spring
slide the movable TC flange on long bushing
install the flywieght assy to the end
