1971+ Rupp handlebar mounts

Like the title says, I am looking for a pair of 1971+ Rupp handlebar mounts that have the sleeve on the inside of the U bolt.

Anybody have a set they want to part with? Look like this....

that thread is from 2008. While he might still have something, it's doubtful on something that old
