two vintage Arco mini bike projects, the black one has a freshly rebuilt 5hp engine, the chopper has a 3hp engine. comes with spare 5hp engine. they need ignition coils. but should run excellent. I have other parts included. great easy project. I just do not have time to finish them due to moving. Located in york pa 17403
