212CC Predator Engine Power Loss

Hello all.

I picked up a new 212cc Predator engine recently to run in an old Mini Bike of mine.

I can ride it for about 5-8 Minutes with a lot of power, But after that It loses a lot of power. It seems when the engine gets Hot.

I put new Oil, New gas, Its a new engine, New clutch, Air filter (Stock air filter) is clean. Please help.
