3-wheeler, maybe Bombardier? What is it?

My kid bought this yesterday at a local flea market for $20.

Hand grips have "Bombardier" on them. It looks factory, with maybe some few mods to it. If somebody knows what it is, can you post links to pics of what it should look like all together? He didn't get wheels or anything else, so I need to know what it needs to be complete.

Yep, fox and it maybe a mini bike with that rear axle added by a previous owner.
