It is not in there too tight! Use some pliers, vice grips, or two nuts tightened together and then spin it out...just make sure you get the right one out!
pull it all apart and squirt some PB Blaster and let it sit. You could also lightly heat the head with a torch (very carefully AFTER getting any fuel away from it!)
