Azusa Tri Star on front of DB 30

Has anyone ever mounted an Azusa Tri Star alloy wheel to the front of the Baja DB 30?

You need a 35x12mm ball bearing and I don't think they make these in this size.

I want to replace the offset hub steel wheel that comes on the front of a DB 30 with a better 6 inch wheel.

Just get 1/2" wheel bearings and open up the axle holes on the forks a tad bit !

Himm, but the stock front wheel is a 6 inch wheel. Why would this not look right?

Yes you'll need 1/2" axles !

I don't understand why lol. The stock wheel size is 6 inchx3.5 inch and you can get the AZUSA Tri star in that size.

Fair enough. Do I have any front wheel replacement options beside pocket bike wheels or the stupid offset wheel that comes from the factory that I already have lol?

Hey thanks for the link. Don't I need 35mmx12mm bearing size? I'm pretty sure that size does not exist.

Thank you for posting that picture. This gives me a much better idea of what an 8 inch tri star looks like if your going for the big wheel/low profile tire look. I plan on reusing the stock front tire and I think a 6 will be okay. Unless I can find a steel wheel in the same size that has a centered hub.
