Briggs 3.5 choke slide

Went to go start my MTD. Thing starts on a couple pulls everytime. But today.:shrug:

So, I take a peek at the carb, and what????? No choke. Gone like gone, gone. Just a friggin hole sucking air.:censure::censure:

So can you replace them or is the carb time for the truck?
When I freshened it up, I noticed it was a little loose but, just gone, gone, gone....

Tom if the 3hp are the same I have a parts slide choke carb you can have. :smile:

Thats funny Tom.:laugh: Sorry to laugh. It does seem like a tiny shaft holds that choke in there. Somebody should have one laying around on a junker.
