What are the measurements of the tank? I have a fresh chrome one...but might not be the same.

7" wide 4 1/2" long, 4 1/4" tall on the carb side the carb mounts up with 3 screw and 2 holes like an old style 4-5hp

that tank cleaned up beautiful, except the threaded fill looked like swiss cheese after cleaning it out, the little cup that the pump fills and then the carb feeds off had some holes in it too. I probably could have repaired it but was not comfortable doing it since it was the threaded part and would see use and wear for the cap.

jb weld might do it but soldering might be better and easier. plus it's not as hard as you think it is to do.

Markus, Let me rummage around a little I believe that I have a brand new one in my parts pile. Let me know if you are still interested and I'll dig it out. I'll also check the measurements to make sure it's the right one.
